Deep South Fly Fishing- Chattahoochee River and Private Trophy Trout

We have normal flows again on the Chattahoochee River! They have lake lanier back down to normal pool levels. Was able to get out for awhile yesterday to see how the high extended flows changed the river. Also to try the new boat out on low water. I did note some changes with new trees down but nothing to drastic. May want to take it easy out there wading and boating until you get a feel for the change. The water looked great and the fish are still there! During the flooding and high flows on the Hooch, I have been working on our new water access in Ellijay, Ga. It is a private over .5 mile stretch of the Cartecay River. The section is beautiful and wide providing easy wading for beginners. This section has some monster trout also! Contact me for more details on a Chattahoochee float trip or a trophy trout trip on our new private water.
