Chattahoochee River Fly Fishing Guide Service in Atlanta, Georgia

The river continues to fish good. Lake Lanier is still around 8ft below full pool. The recent rains have helped, but we need a lot more to get the lake up so we can have are minimum flow back to normal. The minimum flow is still around 650cfs down from from the normal 750cfs. We are still getting fish, but the water temps have increased and oxygen levels decreased when we have low flows like this, which put the fish in a stale bad mood sometimes. We are still picking up some nice browns along with the stocked rainbows. Give me a shout to get out there! I still have openings this month.
