Chattahoochee River Fishing Report

Well after a couple of weeks of the boat ramps and parks being shutdown we are finally back out catching fish. The river is fishing like we would expect it to be this time of year, a little slow. The water has taken it’s fall color and the brown trout are getting more aggressive. The typical patterns are still working in most sections, but the much larger darker nymphs are starting to produce. It is also time to start beating the banks with those big streamers. The delayed harvest section will open in a couple weeks and we will be offering float trips on it as well. Give us a call to book your fall trip on the river.
